General FAQs

How do I buy your products?

All of our products are currently available to purchase through our shop or alternatively can be purchased via our Creative Market store.

How do I download images?

Once payment has been processed you can access your purchases in your account section where you can can then download images by clicking the ‘DOWNLOAD’ button.

If you are a member, you will be able to download straight from the library. Just click on the image you would like and click the ‘DOWNLOAD’ button.

For Photo & Mockup Bundles and Scene Creators you will be provided with a PDF containing a link to our Google Drive where our products are stored. Please see our ‘How To Download Products‘ document.

What are the image specs?

All images on our site are high-resolution and 300ppi. The individual photo sizes do vary image to image so be sure to check the ‘Image Specs’ tab in the in the listing to confirm the exact size.

Do I have to give credit when I use the images?

No, you do not have to credit MOYO Studio when using the images online. (Although, if you want to that’s sure to put a smile on our face.) Feel free to tag us @moyo.studio or use the #madebymoyo so we can connect and see the awesome work that you’re up to.

What is the mood board and how do I use it?

Stumbled across an image you love, but just don’t have a project to use it for at the moment? Save it to a mood board! You can make multiple mood boards and create your own curated collections.

Saving images to your mood boards is an easy way to keep all of your favourite images in one place and to see how they work with one another (great for planning your Instagram grid or for creating cohesive branding visuals!).

To save an image to a mood board, simply click the heart icon underneath the image description and add it to your selected board.

Do you offer discounts?

Occasionally we offer discounts for a limited time only to our mailing list subscribers. To make sure you never miss out, sign up to our mailing list here and keep in the loop with all the latest offers and studio updates.

How do I use the mockups?

Our mockups use Photoshop smart layers, so you can easily customise the image to showcase your brand and business. See our handy Mockup Guide for how you can customise the mockups.

Do I need Adobe Photoshop?

All of images in our photo packs are in jpg format and so you will not require any special software to open or edit these files.

However, our mockups and social media templates are all PSD files and so you will need Adobe Photoshop CS4 and above to open and edit these files. Which are in.psd format. Unfortunately, you cannot open these files using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign.

Do I need to know how to use Photoshop?

Our design templates and scene creator products are easy to use but will require a basic knowledge of Photoshop. With each purchase we include a Product Guide, which provides simple instructions for opening and editing our products.

For our mockups, please visit our Mockup Help page here for how to use Smart Layers to add your own content into the images.

For the Design Templates, are the fonts included?

No, but for our our Social Media Template products we always use free typefaces which can easily be downloaded. Included with the purchase is a Product Guide, which includes the names of these fonts and links to sites where you can download them for free. Simple.

Is there VAT/tax on top of the listed prices?

Yes, as a digital product we have to charge VAT on top of the listed product price. The amount of VAT/tax is calculated based on your location and during the checkout process will automatically be updated and added to your basket total.

If you are purchasing from the EU (not including the UK) you can input your VAT number at the checkout, which will deduct the VAT from the final price.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, due to the instant delivery nature of these digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We strongly recommend that you read through the FAQ’s and contact us if you have any queries about a particular product prior to making a purchase.

Membership FAQs

Can I still use my images/mockups I have downloaded after my membership expires?

Absolutely! With the membership, you are free to use the images as you wish even after your membership has expired. We had seen that some membership sites require that you remove the images if your account was no longer active, but that seemed a little mean to us. So we thought it was only fair that once you had paid for your images (via the membership) they are yours to use!

When does my membership expire?

For quarterly memberships, your membership will automatically renew and payment taken 3 months after your initial sign up date.

For annual memberships, your membership will automatically renew and payment taken 12 months after your initial sign up date.

To ensure that your membership automatically renews so you can enjoy uninterrupted access to our library, be sure to update your billing details in the event that the card you initially used to sign up with has expired or is no longer valid.

I purchased a 3 month all-access pass. What happens after 3 months?

3 months after you purchase the all-access pass, you will no longer have access to the library. During the 3 months you are able to download as many of our creative assets as you wish. We recommend that you keep your downloaded assets safe, stored on a hard-drive or in cloud storage.

After your 3 months access has expired, you will no longer have access to the library but you will of course be able to use any of the assets you have downloaded forever. They’re yours to create with!

Due to the digital nature of the all-access pass, unfortunately we will not be able to offer issue refunds once a purchase has been made.

Can I still use my images/mockups I have downloaded after my all access pass has expired?

Absolutely! You are free to use the images as you wish even after your 3 months access pass has expired. Once you have downloaded the products they are yours to use forever! We recommend that you keep your downloads safe on a hard drive or cloud storage so that you can access them easily in the future.

How to I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so simply in your account dashboard or by emailing us at [email protected]

Please ensure that you cancel your membership before your automatic renewal date. Due to the digital nature of the membership, unfortunately we will not be able to offer issue refunds once membership has been renewed.

How do I edit or update my account settings?

To edit your details, simply log in to your account dashboard. Here you will be able to update your billing and contact details, as well as view your purchase history and any active memberships.

How do I download the bundles?

Due the large file size of our bundles, when you purchase these you will be provided with a link where you can access and download all of the files individually straight from our Google Drive folder.

We understand that sometimes the Internet doesn’t play ball and so when faced with slow connections or restricted bandwidth the last thing you need to do is wait hours for a file to download when all you want to get to work straight away. So, to avoid these technical headaches (time’s precious after all!) we provide your with access to a Google Drive folder so you can start using the photos as soon as possible.

If I use a discount code for a membership, is the discounted price recurring?

The discount applies only to the first cycle of your membership. If you have purchased a membership using a discount code, when the membership renews it will revert back to the regular price.

How can I use your images and what are the terms and conditions?

How can I pay?

We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. You can use any credit and debit card as well as your PayPal account. Please note: We DO NOT accept PayPal echeque.
