01 What file formats are the mockups available in?
Most mockups are available in Photoshop (.PSD) format. Select products are also Canva-compatible. File compatibility is listed on each product page under "Specifications".
02 Are your mockups compatible with other design software?
Our Photoshop files are only compatible with Adobe Photoshop desktop (CC recommended). At this time, they are not compatible Photoshop for iPad, Procreate or other design apps, with the exception of the Canva compatible products that are clearly stated.
03 Can I edit mockups using Photoshop on iPad?
No. Photoshop for iPad does not fully support smart object editing. For the best experience, please use the desktop version.
04 How do I add my designs to the mockup in Photoshop?
All our mockups include smart object layers that make customisation quick and intuitive. Simply double-click on the smart object layer in Photoshop, insert your design into the designated layer, save the layer and it will update automatically within the mockup. A full help sheet is included with every download.
05 Can I use these mockups in commercial projects?
Yes – our mockups are suitable for client projects, social media content, digital product listings, and more. You can use mockups to showcase your digital products (like workbooks or templates), but you may not include the mockup files in products for resale or resell the mockups themselves. 06 What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars).
07 Do your prices include VAT or tax?
As a digital product business, we are required to charge VAT or applicable sales tax on top of the listed product price. The amount is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and added to your basket total.
If you're purchasing from within the EU (excluding the UK) and have a valid VAT number, you can enter it at checkout and VAT will be deducted from your final total.
08 Do you have an affiliate programme?
